Fresh and delicious.!
I visited around 5:30PM. The products were expectedly aged by that time; I do not know if the store keeps a rolling stock of bakery items. The associate was not very courteous and her demeanor was borderline rude. In my opinion, the product and customer service quality did not justify the apparent premium in terms of price.
I really love the menu here and the food even though they do get my order wrong often they always make it right. Today however was a bit different. I have been getting the egg salad on rye lightly toasted with lettuce and onions. They always give me a couple little white onions...perfect!! The only thing I asked for different today was to add bread and butter pickles to the sandwich and here is what I got. Dill hamburger pickle instead and, I don't know what this red onion concoction is but, it left my untoasted bread so soggy that this is what happened to it when I bit into it. The taste from that red mess is so bad in my mouth I still haven't been able to get rid of it. I have been back to work almost an hour with my food and their phones have been busy. Still busy. Since I can't get through here is my review. I really wish I could have given them a 5 star review because the food is awesome when it's right and the staff is super awesome too! I am so sorry guys.
Delicious, FRESH donuts. Under new management. Friendly staff. Recently remodeled. New smoothie menu. Coffee bar. Gotta try the new fall apple cider offerings!
The employees are very friendly and the food is exceptional.
