Picked the car up as they were closing for a business trip the next morning (I needed to leave before they would open the next morning). I drove the car home, the next morning when I got ready to leave the low tire and change oil light was on. I drove back to Enterprise and on the way the check engine light came on. I sat outside waiting for them to open up and when the opened the guy filling in was very rude. Told me that they had to check in all the other cars before they could help. I explained that I was late already and should have already been on the road. He then told me that he and his coworker (who was looking into a window combing his hair) were having a meeting and I needed to wait outside. I asked for him just to cancel the car and I would go get one in Thomasville. He said okay but charged my credit card for one day even though it had less that 10 miles on the car. I will never use Moultrie Enterprise again.

Terrible experience with enterprise in Moultrie GA. Went to get my rental which was scheduled days in advance everything was good to go. Got there at 8am Monday morning for them to tell me they did not have a rental for me. Said they saw me in the system just didn't have a car for me. There were at least 12 cars out parked and waiting all rentals but yet no car for me. Said they may could have one later in the afternoon. I Missed getting to an appointment that had been scheduled for a month. Needless to say I was upset, and was super inconvenienced. Worst experience ever never use Enterprise unless it's your only option. Also there was only one employee working who had to do everything. She had to answer the phone, explain to customers why she couldn't pick them up at their scheduled time, do paperwork with customers, do inspections for customers, wash cars, drive cars up, and was also scheduled to deliver two cars to the airport for customers. How one person is expected to do all of that is insanity. She was stressed to max. Ruined my day! Get it together I've heard way to many negative things about all branches in South GA for enterprise. "We'll pick you up" what a joke slogan, they can't even have cars ready that have been scheduled days in advance and they have been confirmed!
I've been quite dissatisfied with the Moultrie Enterprise. Twice now I've had an emergency where I needed a car the same day. The first time, I was able to reserve a car online just to get to the office and be told they had no cars for me to rent. The second time, my husband called to check their car availability. He was told they had plenty to choose from. I proceed to go rent a car and am told when I show up, that they didn't have any cars, but I could go to Tifton, 40 minutes away to get a rental, that is 30 minutes before they closed for the day. Completely unhelpful and useless. The "We'll pick you up" slogan for Enterprise is baffling when you have no cars available to pick people up in. Don't expect to get a car when you need one. You must plan your emergencies so that you can rent a car...assuming the website is up to date.
