Customer service is non-existent. Manager won't return phone calls. My package was "lost" at the site before being scanned. Conveniently there is no video either. Have called multiple times. I have even called Corporate but still no help from management. I hope whoever took my package enjoys the shoes.
Never have a problem here. All the ladies are quick to help and efficient.
