This store has one of the MOST HELPFUL people in the plumbing section I have EVER come across.
They had great plants today. I got a bird of paradise and some beautiful decor. They had a great sales person Gary who took time with the lights and paint for me, leaving his department to help me.
Had 2 great guys that work there, helping me out and getting me exactly what I needed. Got checked out and on my way.

Two very helpful young men helped me get 8 double packs of charcoal and a new grill load them on my truck and I was gone in a matter of minutes. It was a great experience!
I walked in the building materials department entrance, right by 2 associates who were laughing and leaning against the registers. Neither offered any assistance. I bought 12 bags of sand and had to load them on the cart and then in my vehicle after my purchase. Customer service at Lowes used to be excellent. It has gone down hill.
I was working on a project for my house *unrelated* to plumbing, the the guy helped me build it IN the store to make sure I got all the right pieces. I quickly discovered had he not done this, it would have been an absolute NIGHTMARE because I quickly discovered I knew much less than I thought I knew XD
