Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Have stayed here several times and staff are always ready to make the visit more comfortable and hassle free.
Really enjoyed my stay here. The rooms are clean and the beds very comfortable. I had a gorgeous view of the pool and the lake behind it. The hotel is conveniently located behind an Applebee's and some other restaurants and even a movie theater. I walked to the movie theater at night and felt quite safe. The staff was very corteous and accommodating. It also has several options for breakfast: scrambled or hard-boiled eggs, potatoes, different types of breads, make-your-own waffles, Oatmeal, etc. The only negative is the fact that the walls are very thin. I was trying to sleep in my room and could hear people talking in a room nearby. They weren't screaming, just speaking albeit somewhat loud, and laughing. I think if you're in a hotel you should be able to go in late, watch a movie, or whatever, without worrying about disrupting other people's sleep. They went to sleep soon after, so it didn't bother me after that. Otherwise, my stay was completely enjoyable.
Just arrived today, so far it's been a very nice experience. Outdoor pool looks inviting, deck by the pool is well done too!
Room was well cleaned, pool was nice and warm, amazing people.
The staff was friendly and courteous. The rooms were newly renovated and clean. Definitely will stay there again.
