Great new store with wonderful customer service. The produce is always beautiful and there is almost always someone ready to help within the customer's view in every department. I have yet to have a bad experience here and have shopped there every Saturday since they opened.
My husband ordered a birthday cake and I went to pick it up on the day of my birthday, however when i got there the cake was not ready as promised. So I was asked to maybe do some more shopping as they finished preparing the cake. Okay I walked through the store for about ten minutes and returned to the bakery I still had to wait about five minutes. Once i got the cake and was walking out of the store the young lady ran me down in the parking lot. She said Ms. I gave you the wrong size cake you ordered a half sheet and that is a quarter sheet. She said you can pick any cake in the store to go along with that. So people not paying attention to detail can lead to chaos. But I didn't want to be in that store any longer than I had to so I agreed to get the other cake and move on.
Absolutely a positive experience every time! Employees are extremely helpful and happy and the store is always clean and stocked! Reminds me of home!! Jacksonville Beach, Florida!
It's great that they have a variety of different items that aren't available at other stores in Moultrie. They also display excellent costumer service.
I always love shopping at PUBLIX. The customer service is always pleasant and willing to help me find anything. There have been times when what I was looking for was not available, but shortly thereafter it was on the shelf. This store has great management and staff with great customer service!
