So I will never go back there and the rest of the staff came from the back 1 lady just kept starting at me so fine talk about me all you want but I will never ever go back just rude and unprofessional.
The "nail artist" did not cleanse my nail beds with alcohol before applying the polish, so the polish literally NEVER dried. It was horrible! I finally left and went straight to a drug store to buy polish remover so I could try to get my hands presentable prior to an event I was attending.
She starts doing them then she ask if I want tips I stated no.
Very unprofessional, I walked in told them I wanted an regular manicure meaning no gel nails, no tils, no gel nail polish. I sit down she asks do I want gel nail polish I stated no, she asks if I want gel nails, I stated no I want just a regular manicure. She asked me to pick my color I stated black. Her response is BLACK..so I said yes black.
Was there for 3 hours they didnt scrub all dead skin off my feet and they filed my toes till they bled and my big toes are filed to different lengths they did a bad design so i ask them to redo them and she did which hurt bc of the cuts on my toes then she was in such a hurry that when she put the clear coat on it smeared black polish all over my pink nails my finger nails arent too bad but some are think and some are thin and 2 of the thin ones broke worst ecperience ever not going back
Then the guy starts speaking their language. So because I know what I want it's seemed like I'm the problem.
Very disappointed. I will not go back. Very expensive, but poor quality service. I had to tell her how to do her job instead of relaxing and enjoying the pampering. Multiple reasons for poor service; far too many to list.
