Great service, they take their time with your visit not in a hurry to rush you out to get to the next person
Visited 2 times in a row with my mom, was denied service the first time because there was not enough nail techs due to open house, she told us to come back the next day. We come back the next day she tells us "we're all booked". We were not aware that they take appointments only and not walk-ins. She apologized for the inconvenience, but I've never known a nail shop that doesn't take walk ins and appointments only.
